Bahamas Return Policies
Hardware Return Policy:
It is the responsibility of the client to inspect all items delivered. Xennix Ltd. return period for faulty or damaged items from the day of delivery is as follows:
a) 10 (ten) days for faulty items b) 5 (five) days for damaged items
Only the manufacturer can issue final approval to return any item and charges incurred for returning and receiving any items designated faulty or damaged may be billed to the client. Should this be applicable, charges to be billed will be made known to the client and reflected on a separate invoice.
The duty and vendor shipping charges originally paid by Xennix Ltd. for such items are non-refundable and will be deducted from any credit due to the client.
Cisco Items return policy:
It is the responsibility of the client to inspect all items delivered. Xennix Ltd. return period for faulty or damaged items from the day of delivery is as follows:

Cisco items sold by Xennix Ltd. come with the manufacturer’s warranty. If Cisco items are purchased without SmartCare or SmarNet, please be advised that the charges incurred for returning and receiving any items designated faulty or damaged will be billed to the client. The duty and vendor shipping charges originally paid by Xennix Ltd. for such items are non-refundable and will be deducted from any credit due to the client.
Futhermore, to avoid additional customs duty charges on the replacement items, the new and the old items must be inspected by Bahamas Customs which will delay the exchange of the faulty items by a minimum of 10 days.
